Prepare to visit the National Marine Park of Cancun, where the MUSA is nestled. This museum is a creation of the eco-sculptor Jason deCaires, a world renowned English artist. Watch the multicolor fishes swimming throughout the entire museum. Sculptures like the Man on Fire & the Dream Collector amongh others, will give you a good example of deCaires' works.
MUSA is part of the Silence Evolution project, where the statues in this area contribute to enhance the coral reef. Through a sustainable program where engineers, marine biologists and artists combine their expertise, a safe artificial reef was created to preserve the ecosystem.
Aquaworld is a PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) and SDI (Scuba Diving International) dive center that has been certifying professional divers and introducing them to the sea life and underwater wonders in Cancun and the Riviera Maya since 1990.
