Cancun and the Riviera Maya are an absolute paradise for scuba divers. From sunken ships to amazing coral reefs and intriguing cenotes, there is no end to the possibilities.
Visit the Mesoamerican Reef, the second largest coral barrier in the world. Here you will find amazing coral formations and more than 500 species of fish, as well as dolphins, turtles, sponges and lobsters. Aquaworld's bilingual guides will take you to one of the many diving sites, there are more than fifteen between Cancun and Isla Mujeres island, to enjoy watching marine life in the clear cristal waters of the Caribbean. The first immersion will be at a 15-18 meter (50-60 ft) deep reef, which will be selected depending on the currents and weather conditions. Next, you will visit an underwater museum where you can admire submerged sculptures.
Aquaworld is a PADI 5-Star Dive Center (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) and has been introducing scuba divers to Cancun's sealife since 1990. Dive boats are equiped with first aid kit, oxygen and paramedic.

- A Certification Card must be provided upon check-in
- Wet suit rental is available at the marina
- People flying the next day, suffering from high-bood pressure, heart problems, epilepsy, asthma or claustrophobia are not allowed to participate in this activity
- Remember you should not drink alcoholic drinks the night before
- The $5.00 USD Federal Marine park tax and dock fees are not included
